Chef Wayne Martin, of the United States of America, is a formal, European school trained Executive Chef with 25+ years experience at 5 star on down facilities (including Higher Education and Retirement Institutions, requiring strict dietary restrictions and needs), who also, formally interned under 50 Executive Chefs and personally trained under Eurpean Certfified Master Chef Joe DiMaggio, Jr for 3 years in one of the rarest culinary programs in the world. Chef Wayne Martin, is also a Pastry Chef, Chocolatier and has additional studies and experience in Kosher, Raw, Organic and Allergies/Gluten Free cooking and baking.
